The \"Spotlight Heritage Timi\u0219oara\/Patrimoniul sub reflectore Timi\u0219oara\" program returns with a new foray into a historic district. This time, the story moved to Elisabetin<\/a>, where there were so many things to (re)see and (re)discover. Technology once again played a very important role.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The atmosphere of the old city <\/span>was discovered by a large audience, <\/span>through a theater show, with the use of digital technology and elements of augmented reality, <\/span>which brought lesser-known <\/span>details about the stories and buildings of Timisoara's heritage to the stage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The second show among the three events that explores, neighborhood by neighborhood, the memory and stories of the inhabitants of Timisoara yesterday and today, wanting to highlight the cultural heritage of the city, took place on Thursday, September 15, in The Roman-Catholic Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus<\/a> in the Nicolae B\u0103lcescu Square, one of the symbols of Elisabetin neighbourhood<\/a>, which is a testimony to the multiculturalism of the city.<\/span><\/p>\n

The event was organized by the Politehnica University of Timi\u0219oara<\/a> and The National Museum of Banat<\/a>, together with the Thespis Student Theater<\/a> and the Diogenes Association<\/a> and is part of the series of events dedicated to the cultural program Timi\u0219oara European Cultural Capital 2023<\/a>, held within the framework of the project Patrimoniul sub reflectoare \/ Spotlight Heritage Timi\u0219oara, project co-financed by the Timi\u0219oara City Hall through the Project Center,<\/a> Timi\u0219 County Council.<\/span><\/p>\n

The next show will take place on October 4, 2022, in the Cetate Neighbourhood<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
