National Museum of Banat, Bastion Maria Theresia, attic B2, Timi\u0219oara <\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2023 the exhibition \"<\/span>Spotlight HeritageTimi\u0219oara - Parallel worlds<\/b>\", organized in the B2 Attic of Maria Theresia Bastion, part of the project <\/span>Spotlight Heritage Timi\u0219oara \/ Patrimoniul sub reflectoare<\/b>a, from <\/span>National Cultural Programme Timisoara - European Capital of Culture in 2023<\/b> is organised by the National Museum of Banat, in partnership with the Polytechnic University of Timi\u0219oara, through the ID\/IFR and e-Learning Centre and the Multimedia Centre. The exhibition proposes to the public an incursion into the history of the districts through a baroque key: the allegory of the senses, <\/span>, <\/span>bringing together in a single exhibition all previous exhibitions <\/b> with scenes from everyday life in<\/span> Iosefin (2019), Elisabetin (2020), Fabric (2021), Cetate (2022) and Giroc (2023)<\/b>, a dormitory district from the communist period. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the attic of the Theresia Bastion, cultural heritage items from the collections of the National Museum of Banat will be exhibited, illustrating the economic, social and cultural life of the five districts of Timi\u0219oara, together with various sources of memory: fragments of interviews and literary texts (novel, diary, memoirs). The exhibition includes an important selection of postcards, photographs, seals, guild diplomas, which bear witness to sequences in the history of the 5 districts of Timi\u0219oara and the various cultural-linguistic communities.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visitors will be left with the joy of having explored urban spaces through the prism of some of the city's leading personalities. I will have the opportunity to explore the history of these neighbourhoods through the senses: <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
