Presentation \"Spotlight Heritage Timisoara digital culture concept and 2019-2023\"<\/em>, from the Spotlight Heritage International Festival of Digital Culture - XR Demonstrations<\/strong>, organised at artsdepot London<\/em><\/strong>, by the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, with the support of the Timisoara 2023 European Capital of Culture Association and the National Museum of Banat, offered visitors a unique opportunity to learn more about the history and culture of Timisoara, using state-of-the-art digital technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presentation, given by Dr. Diana Andone, Director of the ID\/IFR and e-Learning Centre at the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, explored the crossover between cultural and heritage practices and digital technology<\/strong>with a particular focus on the educational and community impact of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, visitors were able to participate in a series of XR demonstrations, which gave them an interactive and engaging experience of Timisoara's cultural heritage. The demonstrations included virtual tours of the city, visits to iconic sights and stories about Timisoara's history and culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
