„Exhibition Spotlight Heritage Timisoara in Kaunas” is a digital exhibition of the city of Timișoara, Romania, part of the Kaunas 2022 #ECoC, during which participants will be invited to get to know the city, which will take over the role of European Capital of Culture in 2023, more closely.
The opening event will take place on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. in the premises of the new library of the Kaunas University of Technology in Lithuania and will be broadcasted LIVE.
Visitors will have a unique opportunity not only to communicate with part of the project team from Romania, but also to get to know the culture, architecture and history of Timișoara with the help of virtual reality.
Participants will be able to walk the streets of the city, visit the most famous monuments of Timișoara, preserved historical places and buildings without leaving the comfortable premises of the new library of Kaunas University of Technology, KTU (Lithuania).
The exhibition will take place in English and Lithuanian and is organized by the Politehnica University of Timișoara, the KTU Faculty of Informatics and the National Museum of Banat. More information about the event here.
